High Quality Protein.How to cook Scrambled Egg?

Ingredients:

  • Egg -1no.
  • Onion – 30g (Optional)
  • Salt – as per taste.
  • Pepper- as per taste.
  • Milk – 1 Tbsp
  • Oil – 2tsp
  • Coriander/Parsley leaves to granish.

Method:

  1. Beat egg and milk together with salt, onion and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over moderate heat.
  3. Pour the mixture into it.
  4. As the mixture begins to set, stir cook the portion slightly but not constantly.
  5. Cook for about 3-5min until the eggs are slightly set.
Serve them garnished with leaves.
