How to cook Spanish Omelette?
Ingredients:

Egg -1no.
·
Onion- 10g
·
Peas – 50g
·
Tomato – 10g
·
Capsicum – 5g
·
Ham- 10g
·
Tabasco sauce – 2 drops (optional).
·
Salt – as per taste.
·
Pepper- as per taste.
·
Coriander/ Parsley Leaves for Garnish.
·
Oil/Butter- 1 Tbsp.
Method:
1.
Fry the onion in butter in a frying pan. Add boiled peas, chopped
tomato, capsicum and ham.
2.
Remove from the heat when hot.
3.
Beat the egg, season it with salt and pepper and
tip the above cooked mixture into it.
4.
Cook as a plain omelette using a cover lid on
top.
5.
Do not fold the omelette if thick.
Serve them hot, garnished with leaves.
