CHEESE AND MUSHROOM OMELETTE

How to cook Cheese and Mushroom Omelette?

Ingredients:

  • Egg -1no.
  • Water – 2tsp.
  • Salt – as per taste.
  • Pepper- as per taste.
  • Oil/Butter- 1tsp.
  • Mushroom – 30g
  • Grated Cheese – 25g
  • Coriander/ Parsley Leaves for Garnish.

Method:

  1. Beat the egg with water, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and spread it across the sides in low-medium flame.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread it along the sides.
  4. In another pan sauté chopped mushrooms in butter till soft along with desired spices (optional) and stir it in cheese for a min.
  5. Once the egg is set, add the cooked mushroom in cheese and lift the edges and tilt the pan to fold the omelette in half.

Serve them hot, garnished with leaves.
