CHICKEN AND CORN SOUP

How to cook Chicken Soup?

Ingredients:

  • Chicken – 100g
  • Corn - 100g
  • Oil – 1 teaspoon
  • water – 15ml
  • corn flour – 1 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Ajinomotto (optional)
  • Pepper – as per taste

Method:

  1. Boil the chicken in the water for 20 min and keep the stock aside and shred the chicken..
  2. Heat oil  and saute corn for a min and pressure cook it in the stock for 3 min .
  3. Add the shredded chicken (keep a little aside for garnishing) to it and bring to boil.
  4. Make a running consistency mixture of cornflour and water without any lumps
  5. Add the mixture to it and boil for 3 minutes, keep stirring constantly.
  6. Add salt and pepper and when the mixture is simmering add the beaten egg white to it.

Serve Hot, garnished with kept aside shredded chicken.
