I have brought a quick and easy chicken soup recipe for you all.The best goodness loaded bowl for that lazy day.

How to cook Chicken Soup?
- Chicken – 200g
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- water – 15ml
- corn flour – 1tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Ajinomotto (optional)
- Ginger - 1/2 inch.
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Pepper – as per taste
- Boil the chicken in the water for 20 min and keep the stock aside and shred the chicken..
- Heat oil and add ginger and garlic to it and saute for a min.
- Add the shredded chicken (keep a little aside for garnishing) to it along with the stock and bring to boil.
- Make a running consistency mixture of cornflour and water without any lumps
- Add the mixture to it and boil for 3 minutes, keep stirring constantly.
- Add salt and pepper and when the mixture is simmering add the beaten egg white to it.
Serve Hot, garnished with kept aside shredded chicken.
