How to cook Til Ladoo?
- Gingelly/Til seeds – 50g
- Water – 2 tsp.
- Jaggery – 50g
- Pick the seeds and roast them without them getting discolored.
- Cut the jaggery into small pieces and add water.
- Cook the syrup to soft ball stage. i.e. a drop of syrup dropped into a bowl of cold water forms a soft moldable ball.
- Stir in gingelly seeds. Remove from heat and shape quickly into smooth balls.
