I will be sharing the recipe of a Heart Healthy Sweet, the Til Laddu packed with protein and your sweet tooth itch with its tons of benefits of sesame seeds.

As Dinner or Lunch as a dessert.

How to cook Til Ladoo?

Ingredients:

  • Gingelly/Til seeds – 50g
  • Water – 2 tsp.
  • Jaggery – 50g

Method:

  1. Pick the seeds and roast them without them getting discolored.
  2. Cut the jaggery into small pieces and add water.
  3. Cook the syrup to soft ball stage. i.e. a drop of syrup dropped into a bowl of cold water forms a soft moldable ball.
  4. Stir in gingelly seeds. Remove from heat and shape quickly into smooth balls.
