How to make Crab Soup?
- Butter – 2 tbsp.
- Bay leaf – 1.
- Crab – 6nos
- Tomato – 3nos
- Onion – 1no
- Capsicum – 1no
- Water – 1 ½ L
- Heat Butter and fry the crabs lightly.
- Add the chopped onion and capsicum and sauté.
- Fry for a couple of minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, salt and pepper as per your taste and water.
- Cover and simmer for an hour.
Serve Hot and Enjoy!😀
