How to make Crab Soup?

Ingredients:

  • Butter – 2 tbsp.
  • Bay leaf – 1.
  • Crab – 6nos
  • Tomato – 3nos
  • Onion – 1no
  • Capsicum – 1no
  • Water – 1 ½ L

Method:

  1. Heat Butter and fry the crabs lightly.
  2. Add the chopped onion and capsicum and sauté.
  3. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add the tomatoes, bay leaf, salt and pepper as per your taste and water.
  5. Cover and simmer for an hour.

Serve Hot and Enjoy!😀
