BREAD UPMA
Have some left-over Bread? Or is it getting expired soon? Make something delicious out of it, Here is a quick recipe, Bread Upma.

HOW TO MAKE BREAD UPMA?
Ingredients:
- Bread – 40g
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Asafetida – 1 pinch
- Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
- Whole red chili – 1
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Ginger – 5g
- Onion – 30g
- Water – enough to soak bread
- Salt – ¼ tsp.
- Coriander leaves- 1 spring
- Green chili, chopped – 1
Method:
- Soak chopped bread and squeeze out excess water.
- In a karahi, heat the oil fry asafetida, sputter mustard seeds and add whole red chili, fry the chopped curry leaves and green chili. Then fry chopped onion and ginger along with salt.
- Add squeezed bread and cook it till mass is dry.
Serve hot with coriander and Have a Great Day!😀
