BREAD UPMA

HOW TO MAKE BREAD UPMA?

Ingredients:

  • Bread – 40g
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Asafetida – 1 pinch
  • Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
  • Whole red chili – 1
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Ginger – 5g
  • Onion – 30g
  • Water – enough to soak bread
  • Salt – ¼ tsp.
  • Coriander leaves- 1 spring
  • Green chili, chopped – 1

Method:

  1. Soak chopped bread and squeeze out excess water.
  2. In a karahi, heat the oil fry asafetida, sputter mustard seeds and add whole red chili, fry the chopped curry leaves and green chili. Then fry chopped onion and ginger along with salt.
  3. Add squeezed bread and cook it till mass is dry.

Serve hot with coriander and Have a Great Day!😀
