CURD RICE

HOW TO COOK CURD RICE?
Ingredients:
- Boiled Rice
- Curd - 1 cup
- Water – 2 tsp
- Salt – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Asafetida – 1/8 tsp
- Gram dal – 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
- Whole red chili – 1
- Garlic clove – 1 chopped.
- Ginger – 1 cm chopped
- Green chili – 1 chopped
- Curry leaves – a spring.
Methods:
- Beat the curd with water and salt
- Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds, brown asafetida and fry the dal to a light brown. Lightly fry the red chili add garlic, ginger, curry leaves and green chili.
- Sauté for 2 min.
- Switch off the flame, add the rice and the rice to the pan. Mix well
