HOW TO COOK CURD RICE?

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Rice
  • Curd - 1 cup
  • Water – 2 tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Asafetida – 1/8 tsp
  • Gram dal – 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
  • Whole red chili – 1
  • Garlic clove – 1 chopped.
  • Ginger – 1 cm chopped
  • Green chili – 1 chopped
  • Curry leaves – a spring.

Methods:

  • Beat the curd with water and salt
  • Heat oil in a pan and sputter mustard seeds, brown asafetida and fry the dal to a light brown. Lightly fry the red chili add garlic, ginger, curry leaves and green chili.
  • Sauté for 2 min.
  • Switch off the flame, add the rice and the rice to the pan. Mix well
