HOW TO COOK UTTAPPAM?
Ingredients:
- Batter
- For topping:
- Carrot – ½
- Cabbage – 25g
- Onion – ½ a onion
- Tomato – ½ a tomato
- Curry leaves – 1 spring
- Green chili – 2 no
- Salt – ½ tsp
- Oil – 3 tsp.
Methods:
- Chop the vegetables finely.
- Sauté them slightly in 1 tsp of oil for 2 min
- Grease the heated dosa tawa. Pour a spoon of batter, spread evenly (but not thin) it to make a thick dosa.
- Sprinkle the sautéed topping on top of the dosa. Cover and cook in low flame
- Fry on both the sides till brown.
