HOW TO COOK UTTAPPAM?

Ingredients:

  • Batter
  • For topping:
  • Carrot – ½
  • Cabbage – 25g
  • Onion – ½ a onion
  • Tomato – ½ a tomato
  • Curry leaves – 1 spring
  • Green chili – 2 no
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Oil – 3 tsp.

Methods:

  1. Chop the vegetables finely.
  2. Sauté them slightly in 1 tsp of oil for 2 min
  3. Grease the heated dosa tawa. Pour a spoon of batter, spread evenly (but not thin) it to make a thick dosa.
  4. Sprinkle the sautéed topping on top of the dosa. Cover and cook in low flame
  5. Fry on both the sides till brown.
