BOONDI RAITA
One of my favorite raita, a little crispy bite in midst of sweet sour raita!

Alongside your biriyani or pulao.
HOW TO MAKE BOONDI RAITA?
INGREDIENTS:
- Curd – 225g
- Chili powder – 1 tsp
- Bengal Gram Flour – 55g
- Coriander Leaves – ¼ bunch
- Oil – Enough to fry
- Salt – as per your taste.
METHOD:
- Make a thick batter of gram flour, chili powder, salt and cumin powder with water.
- Heat fat and in low lame pour the batter through a perforated spoon to make boondi.
- Fry till crispy.
- Remove and drain the oil. Let it cool down.
- Chop coriander leaves finely.
- Beat curd and mix the cool down boondi and coriander leaves together.
