HOW TO MAKE FISH FRY?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fish - 500g
  • Ginger - 5g
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Red chili - 5g
  • Tamarind - 10g
  • Turmeric -  1/4 tsp
  • Salt - as per your taste.

METHOD:

  1. Clean and wash the fish.
  2. Cit into slices/make cut on each piece so that masala penetrates in.
  3. Grind all the spices together and apply them on the fish.
  4. Keep it aside for 20-30 min.
  5. Shallow fry them in a pan till cooked.
