HOW TO MAKE CRISPY OKRA?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ladies Finger/Bhindi – 10 no
  • Red chilies – 5
  • Peppercorns – 2
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Small Onion/Shallots – 5 no
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – as per your taste
  • Oil – 3 Tbsp

METHOD:

  1. Clean and wipe the ladies finger. Cut them into fine rounds.
  2. Grind the red chilies, garlic, onion and peppercorns together.
  3. Heat fat and fry the ladies finger with ground spices and salt.
  4. Mix them very well. Add 2 Tbsp of water in intervals until cooked.
  5. Stir fry them until crispy.
