HOW TO MAKE TOMATO RAITA?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Curd – 225g
  • Tomato – 115g
  • Onion – 50g
  • Green Chilies – 10g
  • Coriander Leaves – ¼ bunch
  • Chili powder – 1/8 tsp
  • Salt – as per your taste.

METHOD:

  1. Slice tomato, onions and chili finely.
  2. Chop coriander leaves finely.
  3. Beat curds and mix all ingredients together.
