EGG FRIED RICE
Enjoy some Chinese food today! Do try the tasty egg fried rice.

HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE FRIED RICE?
INGREDIENTS:
- Basmati Rice/Any long Rice – 1 cup
- Egg - 3 no
- Carrots – ½ a medium size carrot
- Beans – 1 long beans
- Cabbage – 10g – 1/8th of a small size cabbage
- Spring Onion – 5 Tbsp spoon chopped
- Capsicum – 20g – 3 Tbsp of chopped capsicum
- Soya Sauce – 1 Tsp.
- Onion – ½ a small onion
- Refined Oil – 7 Tbsp
- Salt – as per your taste.
- Pepper – to your taste – ½ tsp
METHOD:
- Wash and rinse the rice until the water is clear.
- Soak the washed rice in water for 20 min.
- Boil 3 cups of water with enough salt for rice in a pan. Once it begins to boil and the soaked rice with 1 tsp of oil.
- After exactly 7 min strain the rice and rinse with cold water and keep it aside.
- Heat oil 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and crack open the egg and scramble it with enough salt and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Keep it aside.
- Peel, wash and chop the carrot in very small square size.
- Wash and peel the sides of the beans and chop them of really small and round.
- Chop the cabbage long and thin (not shredded).
- Peel, wash and chop the onion into small square shape.
- Chop capsicum in the same size of the carrot, very small square in shape
- To the same pan used to make the egg heat the remaining oil and add onion sauté for 10 sec. Add the rest chopped vegetables and saute for a min with enough salt and pepper.
- Add the soya sauce and saute for another minute.
- Now add the fried rice and the scrambled egg, mix well carefully for a min or after the mix toss the pan for a minute.
- Put the shopped spring onion over it and give it a toss. Off the flame and serve.
