GOAN FISH CURRY
Authentic fish curry from Goa is a must try! Here is the recipe to it.

HOW TO MAKE GOAN FISH CURRY?
INGREDIENTS:
- Fish (Salmon, hilsa or jew fish) – 300gm
- Kashmiri chilies – 10
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Coconut – ½ a coconut
- Tamarind – walnut size
- Dry mango pieces – 3
- Salt - as per your taste.
METHOD:
- Clean and slice fish.
- Apply salt and set aside for half an hour.
- Grind together Kashmiri chilies, turmeric powder, coriander seeds and grated coconut into a fine paste. When half done add the tamarind and grind to get fine paste.
- Add enough water to a pan to cook the fish and bring to boil along with enough salt and the ground paste prepared.
- Add fish pieces and cut mango pieces and simmer till fish is done.
