HYDERABADI MUTTON KHEEMA

HOW TO MAKE MUTTON KHEEMA?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton – 500g
  • Tomatoes – 450g
  • Ginger – 2.5cm
  • Garlic – 3 flakes
  • Green chili – 5
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp
  • Potatoes – 100g
  • Onion – 115g
  • Curd – 50g
  • Oil – 30g
  • Corriander Leaves - a spring
  • Salt – as per your taste.

METHOD:

  1. Clean and mince the mutton (Can grind the boneless mutton pieces).
  2. Chop onion, ginger, garlic and green chili finely.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies for 2 min.
  4. Add the minced meat, garam masala and enough salt and sauté for few minutes till the color slightly changes.
  5. Add the cut tomatoes and cover cook the meat in low flame till done. Occasionally sprinkle water and cook the mutton.
  6. When the meat is cooked, add the square shape diced potatoes, enough salt and curd and cook til potatoes are soft.

Remove and serve with coriander leaves over or boiled peas.
