HOW TO MAKE LADIES FINGER/BHINDI RAITA?
INGREDIENTS:
- Curd – 225g
- Ladies Finger – 115g
- Green Chilies – 5g
- Onion – 10 g
- Coriander Leaves – ¼ bunch
- Oil – 1 Tbsp
- Salt – as per your taste.
METHOD:
- Slice onions, ladies finger and chili finely.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the above with salt until crispy.
- Chop coriander leaves finely.
- Beat curds and mix all ingredients together.
