LADIES FINGER/BHINDI RAITA

HOW TO MAKE LADIES FINGER/BHINDI RAITA?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Curd – 225g
  • Ladies Finger – 115g
  • Green Chilies – 5g
  • Onion – 10 g
  • Coriander Leaves – ¼ bunch
  • Oil – 1 Tbsp
  • Salt – as per your taste.

METHOD:

  1. Slice onions, ladies finger and chili finely.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the above with salt  until crispy.
  3. Chop coriander leaves finely.
  4. Beat curds and mix all ingredients together.
