MANGO PURI

Mango Lovers, here is a tasty and healthy recipe for you all. Enjoy it with any curry of your choice or just simply some pickle.

HOW TO MANGO POORI?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Refined flour – 115g
  • Fat – 30g
  • Mango pulp – 80g (Chop and grind mango to pulp without water)
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Salt – ¼ tsp
  • Oil – enough for frying

METHOD:

  1. Slit flour, rub fat, add mango pulp and make it a stiff dough.
  2. Divide into equal portions and roll into thin puris.
  3. Deep fry them in medium to low flame.
  4. Remove and sprinkle over the sugar.

Serve hot.
