HOW TO MAKE MEAT BALLS?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mutton – 500g
  • Onion – 115g
  • Pepper – a per your taste.
  • Salt – as per your taste
  • Egg – 2
  • Oil – enough for deep frying

METHOD:

  1. Clean and mince the mutton (Can grind mutton boneless pieces).
  2. Chop onion fine and add to the minced mutton with pepper, beaten egg and salt.
  3. Form the mixture into balls of equal size.
  4. Deep fry in medium to low flame till done.

Sprinkle some coriander leaves and enjoy !😀
