HOW TO MAKE MEAT BALLS?
INGREDIENTS:
- Mutton – 500g
- Onion – 115g
- Pepper – a per your taste.
- Salt – as per your taste
- Egg – 2
- Oil – enough for deep frying
METHOD:
- Clean and mince the mutton (Can grind mutton boneless pieces).
- Chop onion fine and add to the minced mutton with pepper, beaten egg and salt.
- Form the mixture into balls of equal size.
- Deep fry in medium to low flame till done.
Sprinkle some coriander leaves and enjoy !😀
