HOW TO MAKE RAGI CHAPATI?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ragi flour – 150g
  • Hot water – 60ml
  • Fat/Ghee – 15g
  • Salt – as per your taste.

METHOD:

  1. Mix salt and flour.
  2. Add hot water gradually and knead to a smooth dough.
  3. Divide into small balls.
  4. Roll out to desired shapes, preferably round and thin.
  5. Heat the tawa and put the chapatis on the hot griddle.
  6. Smear with little into thin chapatis and spread it evenly.
  7. Cook on both sides.
