HOW TO MAKE KABULI MATAR?

INGREDIENTS:

  • Peas – 115g
  • Lime – ½
  • Green chilies – 3
  • Coriander leaves – handful
  • Ginger – ½ inch
  • Chili powder – ¼ tsp
  • Garam masala – ¼ tsp
  • Cumin powder – a pinch
  • Salt – as per your taste

METHOD:

  1. Wash and soak the peas overnight.
  2. With the soaked water cook it till soft.
  3. Mash it roughly, add lime juice finely chopped ginger and green chilies, all the masala with salt.
  4. Mix well with coriander leaves.
