HOW TO MAKE KABULI MATAR?
INGREDIENTS:
- Peas – 115g
- Lime – ½
- Green chilies – 3
- Coriander leaves – handful
- Ginger – ½ inch
- Chili powder – ¼ tsp
- Garam masala – ¼ tsp
- Cumin powder – a pinch
- Salt – as per your taste
METHOD:
- Wash and soak the peas overnight.
- With the soaked water cook it till soft.
- Mash it roughly, add lime juice finely chopped ginger and green chilies, all the masala with salt.
- Mix well with coriander leaves.
