MASALA TEA
This winter enjoy the spice and strong Tea alongside some hot Pakoras .

HOW TO MAKE BEST MASALA CHAI?
INGREDIENTS:
- Tea Powder - 3 tsp
- Milk - 2 Cups (I have used Thick milk, adjust the water and milk consistency as per the thickness of the milk choice)
- Sugar - as per your taste or 4 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger grated - 1 inch
- Cinnamon Stick - 1/2 cm
- Clove -1 no
- Nutmeg - 1/4 of a small nutmeg
- Black pepper - 4
- Cardamom - 5
METHOD:
- Grind and powder cardamom, black pepper, clove, cinnamon stick, fennel seeds and nutmeg.
- Crush or grate the ginger.
- Boil 2 cup of water with crushed/grated ginger.
- Once it begins to boil add the tea powder and let it boil for 2 min.
- Now add the milk and 1/2 tsp of the prepared masala power and mix well. Allow it to boil and puff up.
- Once the tea puffs up lower the flame and add the sugar and mix well for minimum 2 minutes or till your desired consistency or color of tea.
