HOW TO MAKE VEGETABLE CUTLET?
INGREDIENTS:
- Potato - 50g
- Peas - 30g
- Carrot - 30g
- Green chili -1
- Coriander Leaves - a spring
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/8 tsp
- Maida /Refined Flour - 2 Tsp mixed with 2 tsp of water
- Dry Bread Crumbs - 3 Tbsp
- Oil - enough for deep frying
METHOD:
- Peel the potato , scrape the carrot and shell the peas.
- Boil them, cool it and mash them with food masher or grinder.
- Chop the green chili and coriander leaves finely.
- Mix the chopped green chili and coriander leaves along with mentioned spices and salt with the mashed vegetables.
- Divide the mixture into 4 portions and shape them to round or into desired shape.
- Coat the mixture with the maida/refined flour paste prepared. Put the crumbs on all sides of the cutlet.
- Heat Oil. In medium flame deep fry the cutlet till golden brown.
- Drain excess oil.
